Digital Products
Decoriora sells premium digital ebooks and related downloadable styling content. These are not physical goods. When you complete a purchase, you receive a personal license to download and use the digital files for your own household styling purposes, as described in our Terms of Service.
Instant Delivery
Purchases are completed on secure checkout. Access is provided immediately after successful payment via the download page and confirmation email. Because delivery is instantaneous, please confirm that you are purchasing the correct ebook before completing payment.
Refund Eligibility
Due to the nature of digital downloads, cash refunds are generally not available once a file has been delivered or download access has been granted. This protects the integrity of our editorial work while keeping pricing fair for all customers. Where local consumer law requires a different outcome, we will honor those rights.
Satisfaction Guarantee (Exchange)
We stand behind every Decoriora guide. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, email us within 7 days of purchase and we will happily exchange it for another Decoriora guide of equal value. Please include your order details and the title you would like instead. This exchange guarantee is offered in place of a standard cash refund for digital products.
Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same ebook more than once, please contact us promptly with your order details. We will review the situation and, where a clear duplicate payment is confirmed, arrange an appropriate resolution, typically a refund of the duplicate charge.
Technical Issues
If a technical problem prevents you from accessing your download (for example, a broken link, file error, or checkout confirmation that never arrives), contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you, and with our payment partner when needed, to restore access or provide a working copy. Resolving access is our first priority. Your satisfaction matters to us.
Unauthorized Sharing
Ebooks are licensed for personal use. Reselling, publicly redistributing, or sharing download files outside your household is not permitted. Abuse of license terms may result in loss of access and other remedies as allowed by law. If you believe your download link has been compromised, contact support so we can help secure your order.
